Payment methods
Our online shop accepts Visa, Mastercard, and American Express debit and credit cards. You can also pay for your order using Apple Pay.
Delivery times
Products are made to order and will be delivered within 7-10 days of receipt of your order for UK addresses; 10-20 days for Europe; and 15-30 days for the rest of the world. Clothing and accessories are processed separately so you will receive the items in separate packages.
Delivery charges (UK)
For apparel, the delivery cost is calculated at the checkout based on the products in your basket as follows.

The prices quoted for mugs and phone cases are inclusive of delivery with a £2.50 surcharge for International delivery added in the checkout.
Customs charges, taxes and duties
International customers: Please check your country’s customs and import duty rules before ordering. Any customs charges, taxes or duties are the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly and keep an eye out for customs communications, as these may include payment links required for delivery. If customs charges are not paid and the parcel is returned, original postage costs are non-refundable and shipping must be paid again for re-delivery. Please also note that printed products, including clothing and homeware, are custom made and therefore non-refundable.
Cancellations and order amendments
Orders are processed quickly after they are submitted therefore it is essential that you ensure your order details are correct when you purchase your products. If you realise you need to cancel or amend your order, please contact us immediately and if feasible we will halt the processing of your order. We cannot guarantee this will be possible - after an order goes into the printing process, we do not allow cancellations.
Refunds and returns
Our products are custom printed especially for you when you order. Because of this, your order is not returnable. However if your item goes missing or arrives damaged or defective, please email info@mrplangeekshop.com with your order number and images of the damaged items or only the order ID for lost orders and we will have replacements sent out right away. We are not responsible for incorrectly provided customer information that results in lost or misdirected deliveries.
