Returns
Our products are bespoke-made just for you, and so returns are not permitted unless the item is faulty. Please check size guides carefully before purchasing.
Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
Cancellations
Products are created specially for each order, therefore it is essential that you ensure your order details are correct when you purchase your products. If you realise you need to cancel or amend your order, please contact us immediately and if feasible we will halt the processing of your order. Please note that we cannot guarantee the ability to amend or cancel your order - after an order goes into the printing process, we do not allow cancellations. If we have not commenced the production of your items then the order will be cancelled and a refund will be processed using the same method used to pay for your order.
Refunds
If your item goes missing or arrives damaged or defective, please email info@mrplangeekshop.com with your order number and images of the damaged items or only the order ID for lost orders.
Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request and to notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement.
If you are approved, then your replacement will be processed and dispatched within 7 working days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at mrplantgeek.com.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@mrplantgeek.com.
Shipping
To return your product, you should contact us to request the return delivery address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
